🚨 RUSH ORDER POLICY (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

If you need your item sooner than our standard production time, a Rush Fee must be purchased along with your item.

⏱️ Production Time

• Standard Production: 3–5 business days

• Holiday Production (Oct 1 – Jan 31): 5–7 business days
  ⚠️ Production time does NOT include shipping time.

Rush orders are prioritized and moved ahead of standard orders in our production queue.📌 Limit 1 per order (important!)

🚫 Refunds, Returns & Shipping (Rush Orders)

• Rush orders are NOT eligible for refunds or returns once production has begun.

• Rush orders purchased the same week as an event are non-refundable, regardless of shipping delays.

• The Rush Fee covers production priority only and does NOT include upgraded or expedited shipping. Shipping upgrades must be purchased separately.

📦 Postal Delays:
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or misrouted packages caused by the postal service. As the seller, our responsibility ends once the order has been completed and shipped.

❌ Cancellations

• Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

• After 24 hours, only a partial refund may be issued, as production may have already started

📬 Tracking & Communication

• Please check your Shopify confirmation email for your tracking number

• You may also log into your order and click “Track Package” before emailing

• Response time may be up to 24 hours

🏢 Apartment Deliveries:
Please check your lobby or package area. Some boxes may not fit in standard mail slots.

• If your order timing is close to your event date, please reconsider purchasing or contact us before ordering to discuss options.

• Orders will not be rushed unless a Rush Fee is purchased.

• Production time does NOT equal shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

❌ Rude, insulting, or abusive messages will not be tolerated.
Orders associated with such communication will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
