• USPS delays
• Lost or damaged packages
• Incorrect or insufficient addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Priority and Express Mail include USPS insurance. Claims must be filed directly with USPS for lost or damaged items.
